DISTRIBUTOR APPLICATION + AGREEMENT FORM

  • The age of applicant should not be less than 18 years.
  • If the applicant is associate / firm
  • The company has all the rights to accept or decline application
  • the distributors must be following all the Terms & Condition of the company and Rules & Regulations of the Indian State Goverment.
  • If consultant is found working for any other MLM company, then his/her designation as DIVAYO consultant will be cancelled with immediate effect.
  • The status of distributor is an independent entrepreneur, he/she is neither employee nor the share holder for the company.
  • All the expenses to sell the company's products are the liability of the distributors.
  • The distributor is free to work anywhere in India or the present working area of the company.
  • The distributor cannot sell or transfer his/her position of the company.
  • The distributor can only use the specific business stationary mentioned in DIVAYO marketing business manual.
  • After the acceptance of the application, the consultant must read all the Terms and Condition given at company's official website or DIVAYO marketing business manual.
  • The distributors will honour and always have good relationship with his/her upline/downline/crossline.
  • The distributor will keep himself/herself far from all the activities against company.
  • The distributor will pay all the applicable taxes as per goverment rules, the company will not be payable to them in any condition.
  • The distributor is individually liable for all the wrong commitments and wrongful activities against the company and in this case he/she will be immidiately terminated and a legal action will be taken if needed.
  • The distributor cannot change his/her sponsorship in any case.
  • Repacking and changing the MRP of company's product is restricted.
  • The DIVAYO marketing products can not be sold on shops.
  • The company has all the rights to store and transmit the Date of Joining of the distributor to any person or organization.
  • The distributor will only be paid as per the effective business plan of the company. The company has all the rights to make changes in the business plan without any information.
  • The individual distributor cannot take more than one position(ID) for financial benifits.
  • The company shall deduct tax as source from the bonusesb as per the rates prescribed under the Income Tax Act 1961
  • The distributor can resign the DIVAYO marketing business but he/she cannot claim for any kind of money return because it is free of cost business opportunity which the distributor did not invested in.
  • After resignation the distributor cannot join DIVAYO business before 6 months.
  • If the distributor is found to be working with another ID in different group,then his/her total tree (Downliners) will be officially transfered under the primary ID and further incentives will the distributed in the uplines of this tree.
  • The company has all the rights to change the Terms & Condition without any information, it is the responsibility of the distributors that he/she keeps himself/herself updated by company's website or other source.
  • All the disputes are the matter of Delhi State jurisdiction only.
